Resilience Training

Employee well-being is an integral driver of employee engagement, client satisfaction, and business growth. However, the prevailing high-levels of anxiety and depressive disorder have diminished employees’ resilience and well-being, creating a workplace fraught with mental health challenges.

Our Process

Our approach is grounded in the latest neuroscience. For groups of individuals, we build resilience through working sessions and/or small group coaching. For single individuals, we use executive coaching. In either case, development of resilience skills is supported by a set of high-impact activation tools.

Our Results

Our clients – corporations, medical centers, and nonprofit organizations – report significant reductions in burnout, improvement in resilience, and gains of nearly 20% in productivity. Individuals who use our techniques to build their resilience skills note a 30% improvement in their physical and emotional wellness.
